Burlap is more commonly known as Gunny or Goni in India. It's that itchy-scratchy brown cloth that easily available in small shops that sell grain and groceries. There's a plastic coated white kind but I don't think that will be suited for this since the plastic will stick to a hot vessel. I loved the simplicity of this DIY and the end product. Check it out..
